• carries out routine quality control checks on a range of material categories.
• reports compliance problems to the Ads Editorial team and attempts to fix them in accordance with editorial strategy.
• Maintains the necessary standard of quality for each cycle of work.
• participates in meetings on Ad Break Quality Strategy and helps with data collection for projects involving advertising or other similar activities.
• Working with the Partner Ops POC and EI Externalisation Lead to guarantee vendor performance in accordance with defined performance metrics.
• participates in quarterly vendor and internal staff Q&A learning sessions.
• helps with the testing of new tools or features connected to the quality control approach for ads.
• extends support for promptly providing vendors with feedback based on quality criteria.
