Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Manage the whole life cycle for GEO clients and employees after onboarding.

• Keep track of all pertinent worker documents throughout the entire employment cycle.

• As required, they and I will attend client calls.
• If necessary benefits are not finished during implementation, make sure they are.
• When a worker is employed, benefits should be monitored and maintained.
• Make that background checks are finished as asked if they haven't already been done through an implementation before the first payroll.
• Maintaining daily master payroll entry and data.
• Working with customers to obtain/relay in-country expert requirements across the worker life cycle.
• Contact person for questions from employees.
• Control the funding and billing for payroll, finish the charging sheet, and produce the sales invoices.
• Make sure payroll payments are accurate and requested/received on time.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
