- ensures that jobs are completed as promised, within the allotted budget, and to a high level of quality. Any concerns are proactively communicated to project leads.
- Supports the upkeep of study-specific systems and documents, such as study team lists, the monitoring of project-specific training needs, system access control, and the monitoring of project-level activity plans in the proper system.
- provides system support, including for eTMF and GoBalto.
- encourages RBM activities.
- carries out administrative duties on given trials, such as but not limited to: timely processing of papers provided to Client (e)TMF as assigned, completing (e)TMF reviews, carrying out bulk mailings and communications as necessary, and giving documents and reports to internal team members.
- helps with scheduling internal and/or client meetings.
- Examines and keeps track of regional governing documents.
- carries out vendor tracking.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
