Selection Process Criteria -

- Directing direct communication with consumers via chat, email, and, as appropriate, phone calls (make outbound calls to customers upon their request)

- Giving customers a 5-star experience based on a set of pre-established measures (customer satisfaction, volume contribution, and quality assurance)
- overcoming difficult banking obstacles like new transactions, late payments, and direct debits
- mentoring new team members, supporting them with your knowledge and experience, and assisting with routine back-office duties
- completing several specialised pieces of training and courses that will help you advance your knowledge and skill set and take the next step in your career with Tide

- You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
- You feel at ease utilising business tools like Jira, GSuite, and Zendesk.
- You are at ease conversing with our clients to assist them in getting the most out of their current accounts.
- You enjoy coming up with creative solutions to complex issues.
- You have excellent organisational abilities and are constantly on the lookout for problems that keep coming up and assist in developing new workflows to address them.
- You have some experience working in startups and providing customer care to the financial sector. You are able to support business operations during evening and night shifts.
