Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Support the team in enhancing performance metrics by offering technical assistance and process direction.
• Keep a record of every question you receive, every action you take to solve a problem, and all successful and unsuccessful remedies.
• To address any client inquiries, make sure established protocols and procedures are followed.
• Respond to client inquiries in accordance with the contract's SLAs
• Develop team members' grasp of the procedure/product. greater client connection and troubleshooting through members
• Call logs should be recorded and analysed to identify the most common trends and prospective issues.
• Recognise warning signs, and in cases of delayed response, escalate major customer issues to the team leader.
• Make sure that clients receive all product information and disclosures both before and after making a call or sending an email.
