Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Support for administrative systems for RFP instruments;
• Manage and compile bid information updates to tools and programmes unique to clients using a variety of sources (email, an RFP system, or via phone);
• act as a help desk to assist clients and bidders with questions about the RFP tool and to fix technical problems;
• provide systems and process assistance while acting as a help desk for ongoing programme maintenance for client-specific data;
• Resolve discrepancies or mistakes in third-party tools and/or databases for programmes relevant to a customer;
• fill up and quality-check a range of spreadsheets, various templates, and raw and processed data streams provided by internal stakeholders;
• Consolidate data from numerous inputs accurately into spreadsheets and templates;
• Maintain the accuracy of reports' data by conducting research, adding, and updating files' missing data components as necessary;

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
