Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Fulfilling HR business partner commitments.
• Fostering variety of thinking while promoting Capita's business values and behaviours.
• Make resource plans, learning and skill development, succession planning, and engagement a priority.
• Serving as a best practise or high-quality resource and assisting others in resolving challenging problems in a specialised area.
• Helping with disposals with HR SMEs in transactions and working on complex problems/TU management.
• Supporting the pillar's coordination and reporting responsibilities as needed.
