Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

• Database management: Assist in developing/maintaining standardised procedures, resources, and tools to help the team be more productive when providing services to its clients and other stakeholders.
• obtaining information Contribute to necessary background work to assure the campaign's or initiative's success, including secondary research, CRM, basic data analysis, and filling out forms.
• Managing the daily operations of client programmes' mailboxes. In the event of an event, respond to frequently asked questions, reroute inquiries, update the status of registration responses, etc.
• Make and manage reports and distribution lists.
• Create and maintain templates for executive profiling, debriefs, and newsletters.
• Update SharePoint sites with materials supplied by sector/functional leads.
• Support for marketing administration includes handling of purchase orders, managing content, managing campaigns, and coordinating ITS.
• Plan meetings to prepare for the occasion and reserve spaces for internal webinars.
