• Support recruitment efforts while ensuring promptness.
• support internal talent discovery and development planning

• Organise open homes.
• Handle industrial relations grievances from employees.
• Control the working relationship with the contingent staff.
• tracking attendance, joining and departing formalities, and leave preparation.
• Support RR forms and make sure they are complete.
• Encourage the creation of precise, high-quality role profiles.
• Participate and organise the hiring process.
• assist in accurately completing the connecting procedures.
• Send in a resource planner and tracker that is accurate and on time for learning and growth.
• Make sure that IDPs are accurate, timely, and complete before analysing training needs.
• Report on overall evaluation and talent for goal achievement should be accurate and timely.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
