1. Associate People Operations.

Salary/Income/Pay Scale—For the Associate People Operations post, the candidates will get approximately Rs 4,50,000 - 5,50,000 per year. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice, which is mentioned last.

Selection Process Criteria—

The candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location, and qualification, which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities—The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Participate in the whole onboarding process from beginning to end, from crafting offer letters to scheduling inductions.
• Make sure that all new recruits have a seamless onboarding process and that they are prepared to be productive right away.
• For shortlisted candidates, write offer letters and related contracts.
• Create new profiles for new hires as necessary in several cloud-based applications.
• Work together with internal teams to make sure new personnel are prepared to be productive right away.
• Create tables, interact with graphs and objects, execute mail merges, convert styles, and put media into presentations.
