• Review and adjustment of scheduling conflicts as soon as possible.

• proactive evaluation of resource availability and project demands in the future.

• mailbox administration.

• Reduce open, unmet demand to a minimum.

• optimal resource deployment to maximise resource use.

• straightforward reporting and analysis.

• Organise people on projects, keep an eye on the channels through which demand is received, analyse demand estimates, manage the bench, and manage staffing needs.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
