Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For

• By taking the initiative to resolve new and/or unexpected challenges, the HR Specialist will successfully facilitate vendor relationships.
• fostering new collaborations with suppliers to find, enhance, and implement process improvements as needed
• helping to hold partners accountable for setting and completing deadlines and deliverables that have been established in advance
• Managing changes to payroll information, including the submission and validation procedures for outsourced payrolls
• overseeing and carrying out inquiries into employee complaints as well as all other HR issues, such as but not limited to the firing process, off-boarding, and other issues
• assessing and making suggestions for improvements to employee benefits
• delivering subject matter knowledge and suggestions on India to senior leadership Recommendations for regulations and requirements in HR
• partners with talent acquisition and onboarding to offer a best-in-class experience for newly hired Indian employees, which promotes a smooth new hire onboarding process.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
