• Obtain the KPIs and goals in accordance with the team's schedule.
• Develop your problem-solving abilities for improving products.
• Flexible and open to change for ongoing product improvement.

Workspace specifications

• Private workspace with a welcoming atmosphere for taking calls.
• Always prepared for video calls. In order to retain a human connection while working remotely, video calls are a crucial component.
• A wired (LAN) connection with a good internet speed (over 50 MBPS download and upload).
• Power backup (if you frequently have power outages).

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
