• To meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and client retention goals, engage with clients during phone and video calls.
• Resolution of customer issues quickly.
• daily calls and video sessions with 18–20 clients for sales and servicing.
• Accurate mapping of the client's e-catalogue's goods and services.
• Systematic client follow-up to guarantee time-bound resolution of sales and service concerns.

Roles and Responsibilities of Part Time Customer Service Associate (Female).  - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Assist callers who are customers of IndiaMart.
• Verify the buyer's information and update it on the portal.
• Work either full- or part-time on this.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
