The prompt escalation and resolution of IR and other operational issues that could affect the account's health.
Dispute resolution with the customer and escalation of the situation as needed.
- Reviews of performance with customers and MLL stakeholders on a regular basis, with a firm action plan for improvement.
Accountable for preserving and enhancing the account's P&L
- Put your attention on enhancing warehouse operations in line with business goals.
- Responsibility for achieving particular deliverables to staff members and monitoring their progress to reach those deliverables.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
