Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• After onboarding, manage the whole life cycle for GEO clients and employees.

• collaborating with clients to gather and convey local expert requirements throughout the worker life cycle.
• Complete the charging sheet, manage the funding and billing for payroll, and create the sales invoices.
• Person to contact with queries from staff.
• Throughout the whole employment cycle, keep track of all important employee documentation.
• They and I will take client calls as necessary.
• Make sure the necessary benefits are completed if they are not already during implementation.
• Benefits should be kept up with when a worker is employed.
• If background checks weren't already completed through an implementation before the first payroll, make sure they are completed as requested.
• Maintaining the data and daily master payroll entry.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
