Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Play a proactive part in collection management to ensure prompt and effective collection of the company's receivables.

• Establish close working connections with all internal customers, including sales, finance, operations, account management, data management, and other divisions.

• Maintaining and collecting receivables for all assigned customer accounts is your responsibility.

• Organise frequent gatherings of key stakeholders to discuss the debt.

• Maintain client relationships while promptly answering questions from both internal and external sources.

• To guarantee that invoices are paid promptly and effectively with the least possible disruption to services, it is important to cooperate with clients and develop a plan that fits company requirements and timelines.

• Respond to all questions from clients on invoices, including those about the services and available payment methods, to ensure that they are aware of their alternatives.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
