• Assure timely and effective technical support by SLAs.
• In charge of the escalation desk and ticket operations for all NOC and SOC concerns.
• Watch vendor performance, in particular for serious issues, delayed cases, and SLA non-compliance.
• Activities that are planned and change managed.
• effectively and promptly resolves network and SOC issues.
• creates instruments and practices to keep track of network performance
• By using the least expensive routing, provide platform and service availability to the consumers, ensuring SLA compliance and the quality of the client services.
