1. Hub Admin Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Full responsibility for overseeing HUB Admin operations and the admin team.
• defining the team's goals and KRAs.
• For day-to-day operations, communicate and coordinate with immediate management.
• Daily operations, incident management, and other matters are directly reported to the Regional Admin Head - TCSiON.
• Key project operations, plans, and progress are tracked and reported.
• Managing conversations and calls.
• Management and team coordination of all administrative tasks on exam days and other days.
• Ensuring there are no administration-related incidents on exam day.
• Contribute to the team members' recruitment, training, and talent development.
• Create and implement a control and monitoring system for the admin team within the HUB.
• Administration Team growth and training inside HUB.
• Ensure process standardisation at all exam locations within HUB.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
