• Review, address, and record the underlying reason and remedy for client complaints and service problems.
• In order to comply with regulatory reporting standards, make sure complaints and servicing issues are appropriately coded.
• Determine trends and flaws that could present a legal, regulatory, or servicing concern and escalate them
• Coach and give feedback to team leaders and customer service personnel
• To recognise and effectively escalate complaints, defects, and trends to business partners within Compliance, World Service, and the bank, understand fundamental consumer protection, banking rules, and related legislation.
• Ensure adherence to various legal and regulatory standards as well as the complaints management policy.
• There may be further background checks conducted for this position.
• Ability to autonomously oversee daily tasks while adhering to business objectives and process controls, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
• demonstrated the ability to manage several priorities while paying close attention to detail and having good follow-up abilities.
• enthusiasm for the customer experience through the prism of compliance and regulation.
• To be successful in this demanding and lucrative position, you must possess a strong capacity to make wise business decisions, analyse complicated card member issues, and remove faults through Process Excellence.
• High level of integrity; ability to speak up for what is right and disclose or escalate risks and concerns.
• With a track record of successfully cooperating and influencing in a matrix context to achieve goals with and without direct responsibility, strong relationship management and dispute resolution abilities are essential.
• Superior problem-solving abilities and a good sense of interpersonal relationships
• For this position, analytical abilities are crucial, along with a track record of excellent thought leadership.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
