Roles and Responsibilities—The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Maintain daily inventory as you work on issues including merchant onboarding and service.
• Keep an eye out for holes and suggest ways to fill them. 
• Manage large amounts of work accurately and effectively while adhering to strict deadlines.
• In order to lower the volume, keep an eye on the daily suspense volumes and communicate with internal & external clients (authorized signatories, client managers, merchants, etc.) via emails or phone calls.
• Conduct due diligence to guarantee that all debts are paid to clients.
• To ensure SLAs are met, concentrate on merchant requirements, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain system metrics while carefully monitoring individual productivity & quality targets to support team goals.
• Take responsibility for the email or problem and respond as the customer would expect to strengthen the relationship and increase customer happiness.
• Recognize, ascertain, and anticipate client needs; give solutions as necessary.
• Strongly emphasize process improvements. 
• Make sure that audit controls and organization policies are followed.
• Establish a great working relationship with the team and other corporate entities to ensure efficient daily operations.

Selection Process Criteria—

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location, and qualification, which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
