1. Financial Reporting & Analysis- Associate Analyst.

Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For the Financial Reporting & Analysis- Associate Analyst Team post, the candidates will get Rs 5,30,000 - 6,20,000 per annual Approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice which is mentioned last.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis- Associate Analyst - {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in engineering/ business/ operations}.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Creating financial performance reports for routine leadership assessments.
• assuming control of a range of engagement management tasks.
• putting up regular Management information presentations for various Leadership groups.
• Utilising SAP and Analysis for Office, assisting in the daily delivery of routine reporting duties (such as monitoring/pursuing unclaimed timesheets or client revenue analysis).
• assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual closure tasks as well as with annual budgeting and planning
• Analysis of cost variances and support for balance sheet controls
• carrying out various ad hoc reporting tasks for a large stakeholder group on diverse subjects.
• For a specific service, collaborate with the financial controller. Additionally, Line will participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Partners to discuss open issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a background in finance is required.
• 0–1 year of reporting and financial analytical experience.
• Keep a solid foundation for your financial analyses.
• Financial reporting expertise (revenue, cost, utilisation, etc.).
• attitude towards a quality-driven, goal-oriented working style.
• English language proficiency, both in speaking and writing.
• good MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of BPC/Analysis for Office/SAP is preferred as it will be an added advantage.
• working familiarity with the finance ERP S4 Hana
• sophisticated Excel skills.
