  • Responds to incoming customer calls and/or enter data from any customer care channel into the ticket system. 
  • Verifies that all caller information, including address information, is accurate and that reported incidents are covered by the contract - if no contract is in place, obtains the customer's cost agreement. 
  • interacts with clients to better comprehend issues that have been reported and to offer direction in accordance with the solution tree and knowledge base protocol to identify and resolve occurrences (such as password resets, software settings, etc.). 
  • uses remote technologies to investigate, evaluate, and fix technological problems. 
  • When a resolution is not successful, the issue is escalated by established protocol, and the client is informed of the next steps. 
  • oversees the creation and updating of tickets to reflect changes (such as cancellations and new information) in the Universal Work Queue (UWQ) revision of assigned tasks. reports customer escalations to a manager or specific IRM team. 
  • Updates the necessary knowledge management, reporting, and other systems while documenting all actions. 
  • guarantees consistently high levels of client satisfaction.

Required credentials:


  • High school diploma or an equivalent
  • It is advised to have at least six months of experience working in a call centre.
  • Native Speaker calibre in the primary or required local language.
  • Additionally indicated is proficiency in English.
  • computer literacy, particularly the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • a readiness to work in shift patterns as dictated by the needs of the customer.
  • Preferable industry knowledge.
  • Strength in interpersonal skills, teamwork, processes, and customer focus, especially while speaking with customers on the phone.


Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
