Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - For Customer Success Executive and KYC executive posts, the payable salary will be Rs 3,40,000 PA - 4,00,000 PA approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

• Customer Success Executive  - {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.
• KYC Executive. {Any candidate having a bachelor's degree in any stream}.

Roles and Responsibilities of Customer Success Executive: - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Respond to inquiries from users of the company's product by offering technical assistance and ad-hoc training.
• Informing clients about the product's features and potential upgrades will help to maintain their satisfaction with the purchase.
• By obtaining customer input to identify reoccurring problems and discussing these with the product manager, you can assist in the creation and enhancement of the product.
• Maintain high standards for service while going above and beyond to maximise client retention. 

Roles and Responsibilities of KYC Executive: - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Information about customers and business banking accounts is documented and verified to confirm whether any of the clients are not in compliance with the KYC criteria.
• verification of different regulatory documents that clients have supplied
• Consistently follow protocols and standards to guarantee that all customer requests are fulfilled on schedule.
• Ensure that you exercise due diligence and carry out all necessary processing stages and process parameter checks.
• Make sure that management is notified as soon as possible of any exceptions or deviations.
• achieving all process-defined productivity and accuracy goals
• Observe all applicable audit compliance regulations.

Selection Process Criteria -
