Job Placement Location for Tech Mahindra - 

Candidates may work remotely for the positions of security operations centre analyst and incident manager, while Hyderabad will serve as the site for the role of operations team head.

1. Operations Team Leaders (Night Shift beginning at 1:30 AM)

2. Security Operations Centre Analyst

3. Endpoint Security and Incident Management -Managers.

Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - The compensation range for the positions of operations team leader and security operations centre analyst is from Rs 2,71,200 to 3,70,000 PA, while the pay range for the position of endpoint security and incident management is roughly Rs 4,00,000 PA. Qualification/Educational Details - Please read carefully the qualification details required for this post in the given columns below.

• 1. Security Operations Centre Analyst. {12th pass or a graduate degree in any field}.

• 2. Analysts  {12th pass or a graduate degree in any field}.

• To train employees using the Grow model
• Collaborating with coworkers and superiors to achieve KPIs
• Fostering team members' growth and mentoring in a continuously changing setting
• Observe transactions and give team members constructive, quality comments.
• Improve process efficiency to meet and surpass SLA deadlines.
• To establish a setting that is favourable and stimulating so that the teams can achieve their objectives
• Create learning opportunities to help team members align.
• Attend calibration sessions and client calls.
• Make sure that workers are inspired and meet performance standards.

2. Roles and Responsibilities for Analysts:

• To incorporate security measures into software systems and create security architectures in accordance with established standards
• Independently gather information and assess consumer needs
• Work under supervision to ascertain the needs of the client
• Independently develop security technologies for several vendors
• Examine security infrastructure holes
• Design, implement, and support security product development
• Display an understanding of market trends and best practices for network security products and services.

3. Roles and Responsibilities for Managers:

• Working with a rotating shift schedule as part of a 24/7 security support team
• Interact with the various IT disciplines, such as network engineering and storage management engineering, inside the wider organisation.
• Defining and implementing security configurations for the cyber security services in collaboration with our partners
• Maintain and enhance current security measures
• Enhance second-line engineering assistance
• Accountable for the worldwide deployment of important cyber security tools across the organisation and their ongoing support, maintenance, and service availability.

Selection Process Criteria -
