• Manage and supervise all graphic design's technical components.
• Improving and fixing poor lighting, colour, and image quality.
• To increase productivity, constantly research and put into practice innovative editing techniques and industry best practices.
• Trying out various styles and methods.
• Understanding how different platforms (such as social media versus websites) require various types of creatives and being aware of which types of creatives are more effective on which platform.
• Being able to position the collateral (new or existing) to maximise its virality and engagement in a video.
• The capacity to operate independently while contributing ideas and recommendations to the Team.
• The capacity to think creatively and comprehend market trends while presenting stories through designs, photos, and text.
• Assisting in the development of systems and procedures to speed up the process.
 

Roles and Responsibilities for Editors - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Coordinate and control all technical aspects of recording and editing footage.
• Complete the essential motion graphic components for Green screen videos.
• Every time a new programme is launched, teasers and trailers need to be worked on.
• Adhering to a written or visual outline.
• Improving and fixing poor video, colour, and lighting.
• Examining the shooting script and raw material to compile a concise list of choices based on the importance of the scenes and their contribution to continuity. • Enter conversation, images, music, and effects.
• To increase productivity, constantly research and put into practice innovative editing techniques and industry best practices.
• Making sure the project is organised logically.
• Producing the broadcast-ready final cut.
• Experimenting with various aesthetics and methods, such as graphic element design.

Qualifications & Skills Required for Graphic Designer

• Necessary Strong practical knowledge of programmes like Photoshop and Illustrator is a need for GDs.

• The capacity to work under pressure.

• The capacity to transform concepts into finished products.

• Storytelling talent and a creative mind

• Monitoring the calibre and development of audio and video editing.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• A high level of devotion, self-motivation, and work dedication.

• Practical knowledge of editing programmes such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Monitoring the calibre and development of audio and video editing.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Experience Required - 

1. For the post of Graphic Designer Candidates should have Significant practical expertise with programmes like Photoshop and Illustrator. Software Knowledge would be a bonus.

2. For the post of Editors, Candidates should have Practical knowledge of editing programmes such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
