• Business Analysts- {an advanced degree in any field, or one in information technology}.
• Writers- {12th in any stream}.

• Collect process, functional, and data requirements in conjunction with business users.
• Acquire and keep up-to-date with a detailed knowledge of allocated regions' business procedures.
• Perform database searches and analyse vast amounts of data to enable the creation of requirements.
• Create and verify the requirements for data migration and conversion.
• help product managers prioritise challenges and improvements
• Participate in peer reviews to make sure that the business and system requirements are accurate and detailed enough.
• Globally coordinate teamwork to develop, support, and analyse a solution.
• To increase one's own efficacy and the effectiveness of the team, offer comments for process changes.

Required Knowledge and Skills - 

• Outstanding at generating and pitching ideas
• Detailed source list for reporting on gender disparity in Southeast Asia
• thorough knowledge of modern digital audiences
• strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• knowledge of media law and journalistic standards
• Ability to create and run SQL queries to generate ad hoc reports. Excellent presenting abilities. 

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
