1. Analyst, Customer Development.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Training period -

• You will participate in training sessions over the first six to twelve months of your employment, which will acquaint you with our products and give you the tools you need to succeed in your role. 
• The training programme includes a variety of job-related topics, including gathering information for quotes, managing projects and accounts, and coming up with proactive strategies to improve performance. 
• You will also be given advice on maintaining and establishing new relationships with clients as well as upselling our items as necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

• Helping the sales team with the client Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotations (RFQ)
• Perform desk research to estimate costs for market research projects, providing prompt delivery of quotes.
• Untilise uses both internal tools and collaborates with other partners to provide project quotes.
• Be a dependable advisor to the client and cultivate enduring connections.
• according to our operational and customer satisfaction measures, perform successfully and consistently.
• Respond to RFQ/support queries from customers
• Knowledge of programmatic sampling and/or prior experience with online market research are advantages.

Knowledge and Skills Required.

• A track record of managing numerous accounts and projects at once with the assistance of a customer success director
• The capacity for independent work, self-motivation, and efficient time management
• Strong sense of teamwork and a kind demeanour to add to a lively group
• proactive customer attention to create long-lasting connections with friends, family, and clients
• Ability to multitask and simultaneously take in various types of information
• Excellent analytical skills, process orientation, and strong attention to detail; highest quality and ability in written and verbal English communications; expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
