1. Roles and Responsibilities for Remote Technical Support - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

  • L0 support is given to them by handling incoming calls and emails for issues reported with such products.
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to offer call/chat assistance to IBM customers. The primary responsibility is to create PMRs, Tickets, and Cases in the tool and forward them to the technical team for further resolution. Additionally, to inform technicians to deliver services to consumers within the agreed-upon time limit (Service Level Agreement).
  • Meet your KPI goals, such as those for Customer Satisfaction Scores (NPS), No Escalations, AHT, etc. The job description may also call for handling escalations at times and serving as shift leader on the weekends in the absence of designated supervisors. Additionally, the job has management duties for the support mailbox to guarantee that all customer emails.
Required Knowledge and Skills -

  • Minimum contact centre experience is one to two years, with strong V&L skills, the ability to work well in a team and under pressure, as well as a willingness to grow.
  • a minimum of 12 to 24 months of professional experience in the service sector, with the capacity to manage clients from all over the world.
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • handling situations of pressure
  • Good learner who can progress along the learning curve and succeed on a variety of KPIs, including Average Handling Time, Hold Time, Resolution, etc.
