Salary/Income/Pay-Scale - The compensation range for the position of customer service associate is somewhere between Rs 2,50,000 and Rs 4,00,000 PA per month. The notification includes more facts on salary information.

1. Customer Service Associates. {12th or a graduate degree in any field}.

- Answer phone calls from customers with questions and helps end users.
- Escalates urgent issues in accordance with customer requirements to the relevant lead.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices.
- Follow any new developments, process modifications, and updates.
- Keep your timeliness and attendance impeccable.
- Ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
- Meet quality criteria for all contacts that were handled.
- Complete 9 hours of staff time on each day that is on the roster.
- Manage contacts while achieving KPI targets under predetermined parameters.
- Superior customer service abilities
- Should be able to read, understand, and write English and have excellent verbal communication abilities in Hindi.
- 25 words per minute and 85% accuracy on the keyboard
- Enthusiastic in providing customer service and demonstrates a strong focus on the needs of the customer
- Willing to work night shifts and rotating shifts
- Should have a basic command of both Hindi and English.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
