  • Oversee and assume responsibility for the complete customer/learner "journey" involving all Innovation Group products and initiatives.
  • Provide clients and learners with engaging, multi-channel assistance (mostly written contact via email, SMS, and live chat) at every turn during their pre- and post-enrolment journeys.
  • Using shared inboxes, prioritize incoming communications and, where appropriate, respond immediately. 
  • To guarantee continuity of care throughout each customer/learner's journey, set clear expectations for customers/learners regarding our programs and policies, solve technical support and service difficulties, and document essential information.
  • Manage all outbound one-on-one conversations with customers or learners, such as those pertaining to application problems, cohort cancellation or retention, group sales, and any other one-on-one outbound communications that may arise.
  • Oversee the manual registration of partners, late onboarding, extensions, manual journey and record-keeping for customers and learners, and other off-cycle activities.
  • Serve as a competent and brand-value-aligned representative for Kaplan and our partners, addressing customer concerns promptly and efficiently, offering product knowledge and assistance, and utilizing every opportunity to convert every client into a devoted follower.
  • Keep up to date on the constantly changing needs, product development, and commercial aspects of the UP & Innovation Group. Make use of knowledge management tools and templates to provide pertinent answers to a variety of questions concerning a wide range of partners and programs.
  • Work together with other internal and external partners, as well as part-time mentors and coaches, to manage escalations, plan support, and ensure that every student has a smooth experience.
  • Assist internal and external partners directly to promptly address escalations involving customers or learners.
  • Assist the Innovation Technology team and the CLX Manager in implementing and testing new channels, systems, and tools.
  • Additional responsibilities as required to meet the customer and learner experience objectives of the UP & Innovation Group.
  • Hybrid Timetable: two days in the office and 3 days at home
  • A 30-day notice period is ideal.
