• Answering calls that come in from service providers.
• Looking for the case information that was requested.
• A range of requests, including those to update their availability, transfer client cases, clarify procedures, and point them in the direction of the relevant agencies.
• Answering calls that come in from other employees.
• Handling emails from different internal customers and promptly and professionally replying to them.

Technical Qualifications:

• A community college diploma, a bachelor's degree, or a comparable post-secondary qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in an office or social service setting.
• Solid mastery of the english and french languages, as well as good communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility in terms of working hours (including late, early, and weekend shifts).
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to operate in a highly collaborative setting.
• Strong oral and writing communication abilities, including the capacity to interact with clients and coworkers in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong computer abilities, especially knowledge of windows programmes.
