- Respond to simple questions on transactions and PhonePe accounts.

- The Payment activities Analyst is accountable for managing the daily activities related to merchant and third-party payouts.
- Track the success rates of transactions and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to find weaknesses and enhance overall performance.
- Take charge of the failed or pending transaction resolution process, collaborating with the partner bank, finance, IT, and merchant teams. In charge of business management reporting and any ad hoc reporting that may occasionally be needed.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to oversee payables reconciliations and carry out any changes.
