  • It is your responsibility to respond to questions in a way that satisfies performance and quality requirements.

  • Respond professionally to consumer concerns and make an effort to successfully settle disputes in line with established policies.
  • Accurately record consumer transactions in the relevant systems.
  • As necessary, coordinate with other departments, lead individuals, and coworkers.
  • Engage the client in conversation while being patient and empathetic.
  • Give the client information and make the necessary notes in the system detailing the precise actions that have been performed or still need to be completed.

  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all current and upcoming processes and procedures.

Experience, Requirements and Qualification:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce websites
  • above average communication skills both in writing and speaking, including the capacity to pronounce words clearly and accurately.
  • The capacity to pay close attention when listening to clients and to modify reactions and activities based on the information they supply to suit their individual needs.
  • Capacity to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
  • Ability to accurately and promptly arrange and monitor several jobs and details.
