• Arrange Interviews: Work with our staff to arrange interviews with prospective applicants. Arrange interview times in coordination with the candidates and interviewers.
• Monitoring of Interviews: Make certain that interviews are conducted exactly as planned. Confirm the candidates' availability and work out any scheduling difficulties by getting in touch with the interviewers and the candidates.
• Extra Operational Duties: When necessary, lend a hand with additional operational tasks, such as data entry, document management, and administrative support.

Technical Qualifications:

• Holding a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline or having just finished one.
• strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding organising and detail-oriented abilities.
• the capacity to operate freely and fulfil deadlines in a remote setting.
• adherence to the US Timing Shift (6:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST) by discipline and punctuality.
• strong capacity to solve problems and flexibility when faced with new challenges.
• While not necessary, prior experience in a comparable position or internship is preferred.
