• a native English speaker with a bachelor's degree in eLearning, media, computing, instructional design, or a related field. Planning instructional content is a highly sought skill, as is competence in instructional design or learning design.
• Outstanding, measurable abilities in developing and delivering training.
• exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• strong organisational and teaching abilities.
• able to function both alone and together.
• Experience producing and delivering content for the internet; experience working in a production or deadline-driven environment.
• Outstanding proficiency with Microsoft Office; MOS certification is advantageous.
• Ability to record in a quiet setting during Indian working hours is required.
