• Respond to consumer questions through the modes of communication that are supported.
• Determine, duplicate, and notify the R&D team of any verified product issues.
• Determine and record demands for features.
• Following up with clients when problems are resolved, or R&D feedback is received.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being accessible and adding value to our phone, email, and chat conversations.
• Assume ownership of support tickets and see to it that they are handled through each step of the procedure until a resolution is obtained.
• Keep track of all instances that have been sent to R&D and report any violations of internal SLAs.
• Support cases should be escalated in accordance with corresponding business risk assessments and severity levels.
• As new features are introduced, become an authority on the Brandwatch product suite, participate in feature testing.
• In order to improve information sharing across all members of the support team, update the internal knowledge base with new, pertinent insights.
• Engage in and provide input at roundtables, training sessions, and calibrations in cross-functional and support departments.

Qualifications for Customer Support Advisor:

• Throughout your interactions with prospects and customers, deliver prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service.
• You have a great ability to communicate and can "translate" technical phrases and causes into language that is understandable to customers.
• Report feature requests and product issues by the established procedures. templates as well as data needs.
• Assume full responsibility for your cases and, in their absence, collaborate on the cases of your colleagues.
• can identify opportunities and flag hazards during customer encounters, then communicate that knowledge to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Being knowledgeable about the newest release features and their applications, you are a product specialist.
