• Collaborate with our partners' support teams to guarantee prompt resolutions

• Together with the rest of the customer experience team, identify and address end users' problem concerns.
• Maintain track of pertinent support metrics and write reports to aid in the evaluation of quality.

Qualifications of Customer Support Associate:

• ideally one with one to three years of verifiable experience working as a customer support associate or in a position comparable
• A natural communicator: You have no trouble sharing your ideas with others. No matter how complicated the issue is, you can still explain it simply.
• A team player is someone who consistently prioritizes the goals of the team over their own while working towards a common objective. 
• Empathetic: You have the ability to listen well and put yourself in other people's situations. You should always let people know that the Smallcase staff is there to assist them. 
• Proactive: You're prepared to face any challenge and won't give up until you find the best answer. You want the end users to have the best possible experience. 
• a strong desire to learn You're never afraid to venture outside of your comfort zone and are constantly curious to discover something new.

Desirable Qualifications:

• prior customer service experience
• Knowledge of investment goods and stock markets is a major plus.
• prior work experience in a FinTech startup
