• Using individualized learning plans based on each student's grade level, needs, and academic objectives, conduct dynamic and captivating online tutoring sessions for K–12 children in the US between the hours of 11 PM and 4 AM IST–US Shift.
• Create interesting and productive learning experiences with a variety of online teaching techniques, tools, and resources. Modify your strategy as necessary to assist students in becoming better.
• Give students precise and useful instructions, directions, and feedback to improve their understanding and to let them know about upcoming tutoring sessions.
• To provide thorough progress reports, keep thorough records of all tutoring sessions, including attendance, progress notes, and pertinent data.
• Accountability and accountability for interacting with mentors and team leaders to discuss QA analysis, session KPIs, and overall performance in order to keep improving.
• As instructed by your team leads or the organization, carry out any extra tasks that may be given or required.
• Make effective use of lesson plans that have already been produced, adapting them in real-time to each student's unique needs and learning style.
• To guarantee that students have a well-organized and thorough learning experience, carefully prepare each session in advance.
• Keep track of and record student progress and results, informing the appropriate parties of any serious problems.

Qualifications required for Focus Edumatics:

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Be available to conduct sessions for four to five hours, Monday through Friday, ideally between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. IST, when business is at its busiest.
• Proficient in the English language and having demonstrated proficiency in their field of study, English Language Arts (English, Literature, Written Communication & Reading).
• at least one year of experience instructing students in English as the main language, whether in a traditional classroom setting or virtually.
• Be able to type at least 40 words per minute with accuracy of 95% or above.
• extremely skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Candidates who can facilitate online instruction using digital tools like pen-tabs and a digital whiteboard will be given preference.
• the ability to optimise and modify pre-made lesson plans in real time to meet the needs of specific students.
• Effectively organise your time so that the entire session covers all required material.
• regular availability and on-time arrival for tutoring sessions.
• understanding of tactics to maintain students' motivation and interest throughout online classes.
• During the tutoring session, any problems or enquiries will be addressed with prompt thinking and problem-solving skills.

PARTICIPATION DEMANDS:

• must finish a rigorous 4-week certification training program that requires four hours of daily work.
• After onboarding, a background check and an FBI fingerprint check must be completed.

Technical specifications:

• Desktop or laptop: Google Chrome or Firefox browser, Windows 10 or later, Intel i3/i5 processor or later.
• 500 GB HDD or 120 GB SSD storage, 8GB RAM or more, and a CPU core of 7300 or more
• headphones, a microphone, a webcam, a second monitor, a mouse, a keyboard, speakers, and a pen tablet that can block out noise.
• A wired broadband network with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. backup internet at 25 Mbps. Links that are shared (such as PG, hostels, public Wi-Fi, or hotspots) are prohibited.
• Backup power sources for computers and internet modems with built-in batteries or UPSs that last for at least eight hours.
