• Serve as the initial contact for any incidents that are brought to the attention of the Fan Care Incident Management team. Assume the position of first responder and, while taking mitigations, firstly monitor and verify the initial severity of all influencing incidents.
• When necessary, escalate any high-severity incidents to the next incident support level.
• For the Incident Management meetings with studio teams, prepare the meeting notes and read the relevant content beforehand.
• Control the audit access management for some of the most important FanCare tools.
• Identify problems on Live Channels and report them properly so that Game Studio can fix them more quickly.
• Make use of social listening techniques to communicate happenings to the FanCare teams.
• Social Monitoring: Create sentiment analysis on game performance and fan caring.
• To identify any social incidents affecting EA, keep an eye on social media platforms like Affogata, Tweetdeck, and Dataseer.
• Give our studios weekly updates on player issues that are reported through Fancare.
• Compile and generate daily reports for the Intraday and Incident Management teams.
• Ad hoc requests should be promptly addressed.
• Keep an eye on customer lines for incident-related volumes so that mitigation strategies can be developed.
• Risk Monitoring: Use the warning system to keep an eye out for any risk-related problems and bad actor attacks.
• Internal Compliance: Keep an eye on content grants from our advisor teams, notify the fraud and risk team of any irregularities, and take corrective action.
• Keep an eye on any email volumes with bad demand and take steps to reduce incoming volume.
• Every week, look through and identify any abusive player contacts, then forward them to the appropriate team for the necessary action.
• Weather Alerting: Send out alerts on possible continuity events that could affect our company locations.
• Through performance calls, daily syncs, and the maintenance of regular phone, email, and in-person contact, key messages are effectively conveyed to every department inside the organization. 
• Keep an eye on the volume of terms of service and alert the proper parties if any thresholds are crossed.
• Try automating any Fancare procedures that can lighten the team's workload.
• If an executive escalation requires quick attention, report it to the Escalated Fancare staff during their non-working hours.

Qualifications required for Electronic Arts (EA):

• Experience working at a service desk or managing incidents would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Jira would be advantageous.
• Prior experience in a contact center setting is preferred, as is knowledge of the video game business.
