• Keep an eye on the ticket queue and handle tickets in accordance with the Support SLA.
• Examine and address support team tickets that have been submitted.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to comprehend the gravity and consequences of client complaints that have been raised.
• Sort tickets and forward them to team members as needed.
• Answer consumer tickets in a professional and educational manner.
• Engage in the criteria for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Keep up with the articles in the Support knowledgebase and add more as needed.
• Give the Support Lead regular updates on the status of tickets.
• Work together to create and update FAQs, training manuals, and other user material.

Qualifications and technical requirements for Xogene:

• A bachelor's degree or four years of experience equivalent to that
• Excellent customer service abilities and at least two years of experience in a software support or customer service role
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• a desire to fast onboard using training documentation and learn software solutions
• Prioritization and multitasking skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities and a focus on details
• Capacity to quickly adjust and rearrange priorities in a fast-paced setting Expertise in knowledge management and bug reporting tools
• outstanding writing and vocal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to operate across functional boundaries as a team player
• Being at ease with flexible scheduling to coincide with US and/or UK workdays.
