- Build and publish course opportunities to potential and current call center companies and their agents authorized to use the Arise platform.
- Maximize marketing strategies to develop course announcements for Certification Course Operations.
- Create and manage class opportunities, including skill enhancements and cross certifications, ensuring instructor alignment and class time availability.
- Build support resources and contracting opportunities for cohorts of 10+ agents.
- Respond to and resolve issues reported by Partner Support; provide timely solutions and communicate clearly with agents.
- Attend implementation meetings and support new client onboarding, including creating opportunities for support resources and instructors to complete coursework or background checks.
- Execute wingbacks, white-glove agents into prospects, and oversee the logistics of support resource contracts to support customer success.
- Organize Opportunity Mall events and client-specific enrollment information sessions; assist with chat features during marketing information sessions.
- Make surveys and evaluate the findings.
- Update opportunity announcements, send emails informing students of class cancellations, and use targeted marketing to increase registration.
- Utilize audio blasts and emails to encourage completion of drug and background checks; oversee audit procedures and reorders.
- Enter data related to background checks and monitor submissions in the vendor's database.
- For the best fill approach, keep track of class sizes, troubleshoot opportunity records, and organize teamwork.
- To organize class requests and adjust communications to reflect changes, collaborate with Customer Success.
- Terminate lessons and lead agents to other options, such as asking for reimbursements.
- During program ramp-downs, represent clients and make sure agents are properly instructed.
- Keep track of cycle calendars with course dates and administrative duties, as well as sourcing and fulfillment data.
- Support the Client Results Department by taking part in cross-functional meetings and client conference calls.
- Make sure call centers and agents are aware of the certification requirements and training requirements.
- Resolve complaints and react promptly to alterations in the schedule.
- Carry out other tasks as directed.
