• Holding a system SME role in a major functional area (Workday Recruiting or another area), providing assistance in the nation, and serving as a configurator and analyst in high-profile annual processes, this individual will be an active member of the people platform BAU team.
• To fill up knowledge gaps, create training materials for people platform users.
• Investigate and fix Workday bugs in compliance with service level agreements and internal release schedules. identifies the underlying problem and collaborates with the People Platform team to create suggestions for process enhancement.
• Sort flaws or modification requests using a case management system. would be in charge of Halma's people platform updates, configuration modifications, and ongoing management.
• Makes certain that the system documentation in important functional areas is correct and up to date.
• will provide the change control committee with input. will guarantee that modifications are accurately recorded and that the request is thoroughly described in the documentation. Complies with all change board guidelines.
• Support the twice-yearly release management process for Workday, which includes testing, education, and review of new features.
