• Analyze the impact of change on conversion rates and returns by running various A/B experiments for merchants.
• Generating actionable insights through analysis of key metrics across functions.
• Identify the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed
• Build long-lasting, value-based relationships with partners and create GoKwik Champions.
• Define, track, measure, and report key metrics that need to be monitored to improve Partner's conversion rates.
• Devise mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in investigating and drafting cost/benefit analyses and business requirements showcasing potential solutions for business initiatives.
• Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementation of programs as per timelines.
• Gain expertise in a particular function or market niche by conducting proactive market research. draws attention to important developments and trends that will spur innovation and expansion for GoKwik and our merchant partners. able to distinguish between insights that can be put into action and those that cannot.

Qualifications required for GoKwik:

• experience working in a customer-facing capacity on a B2B SaaS product.
• expertise in establishing needs and deriving business insights from data and analytics.
• expertise persuading stakeholders and offering business advice.
• One or more years of relevant expertise in business or financial analysis
• high level of Excel comfort.
• Experience persuading stakeholders and offering business recommendations
• Working in data-rich contexts such as Ad-Tech, Fin-Tech, and E-Commerce Business Analysis for one to two years.
• Proficiency in creating requirements and creating business KPIs for reporting, as well as knowledge of Excel and Metabase.
