• Operational Excellence: Staffs translation projects by contacting independent translators via the vendor database. promptly updates the manager and/or team on the status of requests. ensures that Supply Chain updates critical data (such as booking details, availability, contact details, talents, rates/discounts, and performance history) to guarantee a high degree of accuracy in the vendor database. assists with project tasks such file preparation and analysis, forwarding prepared data to independent translators. 
•  Ensures that competent resources are found by outlining resource requirements in advance (e.g., specific skills, profile, availability) and delivering quality, value, and results. keeps track of freelancers' schedules and notifies the manager or team of any possible conflicts with resources (such as holidays or vacations). identifies the greatest resource for the project by highlighting fresh resources and performance histories and talents to the team. 
• Functional Excellence: In order to carry out his or her task successfully and efficiently, he or she actively learns about procedures, guidelines, and tools (such as vendor databases). learns how to find the greatest resources for tasks (e.g., resource planning, search/selection approaches, and comprehension skills). 
•  Relationship Building: Establishes solid bonds with team members by showcasing effective communication abilities (e.g., providing timely updates, explaining needs). collaborates with the Supply Chain group to guarantee database updates. exhibits a high level of professionalism when collaborating with independent contractors and vendors. 

Qualifications required for RWS Group:

• Complete Professional English Proficiency (required) 
• Project management or administrative support experience, or a degree in translation, languages, administration, or a related field 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities; the capacity to operate under pressure to fulfill deadlines
