1. Wrike Work from Home Jobs in India 2025 Roles and Responsibilities of a Billing Specialist - Order Management:

The obligations and job roles for the off-campus drive are mentioned below.

• You have to be prepared to assist 8:30 p.m. IST to 5:30 a.m. IST is the US working hour.
• Examine, verify, and handle client contracts in the CPQ/SFDC system.
• Verify that all contractual requirements are met and that the customer is provisioned in accordance with the signed contract.
• Invoices should be created, reviewed, and sent in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as client specifications.
• Assist the teams in charge of sales, renewals, legal, customer support, and customer success.
• Assist with contract structuring and identify the best option for the sales team while ensuring that it conforms with system and corporate regulations.
• Verify or report requests for customisation and exceptions.
• Work with Netsuite, Wrike, Zendesk, SFDC, and CPQ.
• Assist with system problems and/or limits.

Qualifications required for Wrike:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a similar field
• One or more years of experience in the field
• Excellent computational abilities, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, calculating percentages, comprehending proration calculation, etc.; fluency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent self-motivation and organizing abilities, as well as the capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with the capacity to comprehend the wider picture
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to come up with an original solution while abiding by company rules and regulations.
• A strong grasp of fundamental legal contract structure and revenue recognition ideas is advantageous, as is the ability to collaborate both independently and cross-functionally with the Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Support departments.
