The obligations and job roles for the off-campus drive are mentioned below.

• Must be available to work during US business hours: 8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST.
• Review and process customer contracts using CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Ensure customers are onboarded per the terms of their signed contracts and all commitments are fulfilled.
• Generate and validate invoices in line with company policies and customer specifications.
• Provide assistance to departments such as Sales, Renewals, Legal, Customer Support, and Customer Success.
• Support contract structuring to help Sales while ensuring compliance with internal policies and system requirements.
• Review and escalate any exceptions or custom requests that don’t align with standard procedures.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Netsuite, Wrike, and Zendesk in day-to-day tasks.
• Assist in resolving system issues or limitations.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests for cancellations.
• Complete customer vendor forms as needed.
• Provide backup support to other billing team members when necessary.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications required for Wrike:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid math skills including basic arithmetic, percentages, and proration.
• Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain perspective on broader objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for creative solutions within policy limits.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Sales, and Support.
• Familiarity with legal contract structures and revenue recognition principles is a bonus.
