• Proactively supports team members when they are faced with challenging situations and contributes to a positive team atmosphere.
• Maintains respectable performance indicators ,including quality output, first-contact resolution, and attendance.
• Actively looks for solutions using logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, and they also spot trends and direct them to the right channels with suggestions and developments.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
