Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

  • Gives both internal and external customers excellent customer service.
  • Make sure that all interactions are polite, respectful, and don't go unanswered for longer than the company's Service level agreement (SLA) of two hours.
  • For diverse ad hoc and ongoing data entry activities, upholds a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supports repeating tasks by adhering to regular operational procedures such, such as but not limited to :data entry, report production, and invoice generating.
  • Ad hoc administrative requests and support duties are handled in collaboration with various members of the Financial Operation terms as needed.
  • Ensures that all tasks are prioritised clearly and that communication of progress is kept up in collaboration with the direct supervisor.
  • Where necessary, assist the Financial Operations department with administrative and office tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of competency with all used systems, including PRO's exclusive Vendor Management System (Wand).
  • To reduce business risk, anomalies, and errors, identify and escalate issues to management.
  • Be a tema member, supporting other Financial Operations managers whenever necessary for departmental activity.
  • As required, carry out other relevant tasks, initiatives, and reporting.

Selection Process Criteria -

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
