- Manage all compliance checks, including planning, control testing, evaluating, and reporting for all hiring-related actions, as defined by risk assessments and audits.
- processing requests received via the Adhoc Tool and, as necessary, creating bespoke reports.
- Making the weekly/fortnightly dashboard is their responsibility.
